5-Days / 4 Nights Super Malawi Safari

You will arrive at Chileka Airport and meet with a Flame Adventure representative. You will next go to Majete Wildlife Reserve along the picturesque escarpments, where you will enjoy a spectacular view of Shire Valley. Upon arrival, you will eat lunch before departing for your first afternoon game drive of the safari. Later, you'll return to Thawale Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

You will get up early and go on an exhilarating morning game drive or boat safari on the Shire River, where you can view elephant, antelope, warthog, buffalo, a variety of bird species, crocodile, and hippo. After breakfast, you will drive to Mulanje Mountain, passing through the evergreen tea estates of Thyolo and Mulanje. In Mulanje, you will trek up the mountain to the stunning natural pool and Falls of Dziwe la Nkhalamba. Later in the evening, you will enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at Hapuwani Lodge.

After breakfast, you will leave Mulanje for the southern coastline of freshwater Lake Malawi in Mangochi District. To go to Mangochi, you'll need to transit through Blantyre and Zomba City, Malawi's Old Capital. When you get at the lake, you will have the day to yourself, with lunch and dinner provided, before spending the night in one of Sunbird Nkopola Lodge's standard rooms.

After breakfast, you will have the choice of participating in a range of activities at Malawi's largest freshwater lake. Kayaking, a boat journey to Bird Island, snorkeling, and swimming are among of the activities offered. In the afternoon, you will travel to Lilongwe for dinner and an overnight stay at the Korean Garden Lodge.

After breakfast, you will travel back to Lilongwe International Airport to join your return flight. This is where your safari will conclude.
