Itinerary
Your guide will receive you at Maun International Airport and drive you to Moremi Game Reserve in a 4x4 safari vehicle. This will be a game drive that begins when we cross the buffalo fence at Mawana Gate, a veterinary checkpoint 59 kilometers from Maun. From here, you'll be able to experience the area's various vegetation and fauna.
When you arrive at Moremi Game Reserve, your camp will be ready, with tents already set. We will spend the following two days exploring this wildlife-rich and diverse area, taking in the landscape, remembering these moments, and having once-in-a-lifetime photographic chances.
Main destination: Moremi Game Reserve, Okavango Delta.
Your day starts at sunrise. Following a light breakfast, you will go on a morning game drive through the wildlife-rich areas of Black Pools and Xini. Elephant, hippo, buffalo, sable, puku, impala, wildebeest, warthog, kudu, giraffe, lion, leopard, and African wild dog are among the most common sightings. Moremi has around 500 known bird species, ranging from water birds to forest inhabitants.
Return to camp for brunch and a nap, followed by a late afternoon game drive to explore further regions. This wilderness area features a breathtaking environment of forests, lagoons, floodplains, and islands, making it a wildlife sanctuary.
You'll return to camp after dusk to a roaring campfire and dine under the stars before retiring to your cozy tents.
Main destination: Moremi Game Reserve, Okavango Delta.
After a modest breakfast at sunrise, you will leave Moremi Game Reserve and head to the Khwai Concession. The Khwai Concession is a mosaic of lagoons, shallow flooded pans, open grasslands, and wooded woods. The Khwai area is renowned for providing some of the best game watching in the Okavango Delta.
Hippo, crocodile, roan and sable antelope, buffalo, zebra, impala, and giraffe can be seen in abundance in the Khwai area. Elephant herds abound in the concession, as do indigenous predators such as lions, leopards, spotted hyenas, cheetahs, and the endangered African wild dog, all of which thrive on the quantity of prey.
When you arrive, your camp will be ready, with tents already erected. We will spend the following two days exploring this wildlife-rich and diverse area, taking in the landscape, remembering these moments, and having once-in-a-lifetime photographic chances.

Leave camp in the early morning, right after a light meal. Listen to the sounds of the waking bush as you drive deeper into the Khwai Concession for another day of wildlife viewing.
The Khwai River forms the border of Moremi Game Reserve, the only officially protected and maintained area of the magnificent Okavango Delta. It is also well-known for its good and consistent wild dog sightings. Crocodiles are frequently spotted sunning themselves on sandy riverbanks, while hippos and fish eagles dominate the deep lagoons.
After a long day of activity, enjoy a magnificent sunset and sundowner by the river before returning to camp.
