Overview
This tour is a visual feast as well as a beautiful celebration of animals and natural beauty! Join us for five amazing days on the banks of the Boteti River, with activities in the Okavango Delta and Moremi Game Reserve. The resort for your stay is located on the banks of the Boteti River, a tributary that originates in the heart of the Okavango Delta. This vital river continues to flow during the dry season, when most other river systems are dry. Animals will always come to drink water.

Itinerary
You will be picked up at Maun Airport and taken to meet your ranger and guide. Proceed on a 20-minute drive to your tented lodge on the Boteti River. You will check in once you arrive at the lodge.
Depending on your arrival time, you may be able to enjoy a quick lunch or a swim in the pool while enjoying the lodge's natural setting. There are several alternative activities available to enhance your trip. We recommend checking about these activities and pricing ahead of time to confirm availability and make the most of your trip.
After partaking in an optional activity, you will have some time to refresh before joining us around the open fire. You may appreciate the gorgeous scenery while eating a great and traditional meal. You will sleep in a safari tented room.
At the main deck area, you can have a fresh cup of coffee or tea and baked biscuits. As your full-day mokoro safari in the Okavango Delta begins early in the morning, you will be provided with a tasty packed breakfast.
Your Mokoro safari will begin as you explore the Okavango Delta's various reed waterways. Your guide will have already provided an update on any spectacular or unusual sightings in the region.
A stop will be made at one of the many islands to enjoy your packed lunch before embarking on a nature walk to learn more about this diverse environment. You'll return to the lodge at 4:00 p.m.
After returning to the lodge, you will have time to freshen up and unwind before dinner, which will be served beneath the stars in the open boma.
You will spend the night in a safari tent room.
As your full-day safari game in Moremi / Khwai Reserves begins early in the morning, you will be provided with a tasty packed breakfast.
Experience this in a specially converted open game vehicle, which allows you to absorb and experience sightings with all of your senses while up close and personal with wildlife. Your knowledgeable game ranger will tell you about all parts of nature and interpret wildlife behaviour in a unique way. He will also get reports from other rangers in the region about animal movements.
Your guide will serve a packed lunch in style at one of the stunning rest sites along the way.
Return to the lodge at around 4:00 p.m. Return times may be delayed depending on road conditions, time of year, and sightings.
After returning to the lodge, you will have time to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery from your deck, or you can rest in your room before supper.
The dinner will be served under the stars in the open boma.
You will spend the night in a safari tent room.
The noises of the bush will wake you up this lovely morning. A tasty breakfast will be served.
Today, you'll take a spectacular flight over the Okavango Delta.
The Okavango Delta is a huge inland river delta famed for its broad grassy plains that flood seasonally, transforming the area into a thriving wildlife home.
Your flight departs Maun Airport. Once in the air, you can see the lovely channels that meander through the papyrus-fringed waterways, passing by palm-covered islands.
Sightseeing from a tiny plane on a scenic flight provides the best perspective of the Okavango Delta's stunning geography and fauna. There is no better way to experience the Okavango Delta's breathtaking magnificence.
Picnic snacks and refreshments are provided and will be delivered once you "hit the ground".
After returning to camp, you will have some free time before joining us for supper. Enjoy your final evening on tour while listening to African music.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast in a more leisurely setting this morning, taking in the gorgeous surroundings one more time before checking out and transferring to Maun. The pleasant lodge personnel will bid you farewell before a transfer back to Maun Airport or your preferred drop-off location inside Maun.
