The luxurious tented camp in Kruger National Park is open seasonally. Nestled in the legendary Satara rest camp, our nomadic concept transports you to a place filled with beautiful lions, providing a one-of-a-kind wildlife encounter. It has 30 tents, and the rustic and intimate environment of the camp, which is located adjacent to an open plain, allows visitors to focus on the beauty of the wilderness.

Day 1 :

Johannesburg - Kruger Untamed Seasonal Satara Plains Camp

On the start of the trip, visitors arrange their own transportation to the Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport in order to check into their scheduled flight from the airport to Hoedspruit. The luxurious seasonal tent camp in Kruger National Park, which is open seasonally, will be the first stop for those who wish to see the natural world up close.
In a hitherto unexplored area of Kruger National Park is the tented camp.

Nestled in an unexplored region of the globally recognized Kruger National Park is the private and distinctive Satara Plains Camp.

The camp features spacious 24-m2 tented bedrooms with side windows, a covered terrace, and front and rear entrances. Hot water bucket showers, chemical toilets, warm blankets, and fresh linens will all contribute to a restful night's sleep.

After dinner at the camp, take an afternoon open vehicle safari drive across the center of the national park.

Day 2 :

(Day two-four) Morning and Afternoon open vehicle safari drives

Before you go for your three-hour game drive as the sun rises in the east, you will be given a hot beverage and some rusks and given an early wake-up call.

After returning to the resort, you may have brunch and decide whether to relax or spend the remainder of the day by the pool.

Around 16:00, get ready for a game drive in the afternoon with a knowledgeable guide so you can be back in time for another meal under the stars.

The package includes breakfast, lunch, and supper, and you spend the night in an opulent tent at Tshokwane River Lodge.

Get up early once again, have a snack and a hot beverage, and then head out on your final morning game drive.

Following your final African dawn, you have breakfast at the resort before heading to the Hoedspruit Airport to catch your aircraft back to Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport.
