Overview

You may look forward to a 5-day safari at Karongwe River Lodge, which is set on a calm riverside and will reconnect you with nature. You may spend the day lounging by the pool or on your private terrace while watching wildlife. In the afternoon, you may embark on a safari in an open-game drive vehicle. The view of the lovely Makhutsi River is a natural gem, and your huge living room, which leads onto a large terrace, provides enough opportunities to observe elephants and antelopes grazing.

Day 1 :

You will be welcomed at OR Tambo International Airport and taken to Karongwe River Lodge, in time for a light lunch. Spend the next few hours lounging by the pool or on the terrace before setting out on a late afternoon safari in an open-game drive vehicle. After watching the sun set, return to the lodge for dinner, which will be served in the dining room or outside under the stars (weather permitting). You stay in a deluxe suite at Karongwe River Lodge, which includes lunch and dinner.

Day 2 :

(Day two-four) Karongwe Private Game Reserve

Be up at 5 a.m. and have your hot coffee and rusks in preparation for a three-hour game drive across the reserve at daybreak. When you return to the resort, a late breakfast will be waiting for you. The rest of the day is free to spend resting at the pool, library, spa, or lounge area. Your afternoon game drive will start at 16:00 and conclude at 19:00, just in time for supper in the dining room or outside under the stars (weather permitting). You will spend the night in a premium suite at Karongwe River Lodge, which includes breakfast, lunch, and supper.
