Xanatseni is located in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve of the Greater Kruger National Park and has 5 luxury en-suite rooms with views of the watering well and bushveld. The main section of Xanatseni has a magnificent swimming pool, bar, main dining room, and a bush boma, ideal for pre-dinner cocktails.

Day 1 :

Hoedspruit to Klaserie Game Reserve

Upon arrival at Hoedspruit Airport, you will be welcomed and driven to Xanatseni Private Camp. When you arrive at the lodge, check in, relax in, and have some tea or coffee before embarking on your first afternoon game drive in search of wildlife, including the Big Five.

Transfers from other airports, such as Nelspruit, Phalaborwa, and Johannesburg, are also available at an extra fee.

Main destination is Klaserie Private Nature Reserve (Greater Kruger).
Accommodation: Xanatseni Private Camp.

Day 2 :

(Day two-three) Klaserie Game Reserve

The morning game drive begins at dawn. You will get up before dawn for tea and coffee before the game drive begins. Then you have three hours to discover as many animals as possible before they all seek refuge behind trees in the heat of the day.

When the wildlife drive returns to the lodge, you will be served a delectable cooked breakfast and given time to unwind. You may relax by the pool, read a book, take a nap, and enjoy being in the jungle.

After high tea, the afternoon game drive will begin between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. It will take around +-3 hours, with a halt someplace for sundowners. You will return to the lodge in the dark, using a flashlight to search for nocturnal wildlife.

Klaserie Game Reserve to Hoedspruit

After your last morning game drive in search of the few remaining creatures that have evaded you, have a warm breakfast before departing the lodge for your road trip to Hoedspruit Airport, where your safari will conclude. We can gladly assist with any add-ons, such as the Garden Route, Cape Town, Victoria Falls, and others.

Main Destination: No big destinations visited.
Accommodation: There is no accommodation at the end of the excursion.
