2-Day Taking a Break with a Safari to Tsavo East

Get ready for an early morning pickup from Mombasa Airport or your coastal hotel, as you embark on a drive along the vibrant Mombasa-Nairobi Highway just before the sun rises. Venture inland to Tsavo East National Park, where the majestic red elephants roam freely. The park boasts a vibrant expanse of bright red soil. As the elephants wander in, they acquire this hue, shielding them from the glaring sun and pesky insects that might bother their skin.
Our morning will be filled with thrilling game viewing as we embark on a quest to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, and buffaloes. Lunch will be at the Voi Safari Lodge, offering stunning vistas of the waterholes. After lunch, we enjoy a refreshing nap before embarking on another thrilling game drive until dinner time at the lodge. Your evening meal and cozy overnight accommodations await you at the lodge.

After breakfast, we are setting off for our final game drive out of the park along the Nairobi-Mombasa Highway. You will find yourself back at Mombasa Airport or you will reach your accommodation in Mombasa just in time for a delightful lunch. There’s an exciting lunch stop along the journey for our clients heading back to Diani or Kilifi.
