Overview

This package is an add-on to a Kruger National Park safari. The Panorama Route is a picturesque section near Kruger National Park. It features attractions including God’s Window, Bourke’s Luck Potholes, Lisbon, and Berlin Falls. The primary attraction is the Blyde River Canyon, which is the world’s greenest and third-deepest canyon. Where and when you start your journey will determine the views along the way and the choices of stops.

Day 1 :

Pick Up and Start the Panorama Route

Our guide will meet you at Johannesburg Airport or pick you up from any hotel/lodge/accommodation location in Johannesburg/Pretoria/Nelspruit/Kruger Park and drive you to the Panorama Route before or after your Kruger Safari booked with Mmilo Tours. If beginning in Johannesburg, leave before 8:00 a.m. since the sooner you start, the more attractions you may visit. We'll stop on route for a short "on the go" snack lunch. Once over the Long Tom Pass (if coming from Johannesburg), we pass via the forestry town of Sabie (straight from Nelspruit) and the foggy Graskop settlement at the escarpment's edge, with its famed lift down into the deep lush subtropical hardwood forest in the canyon below. On this day, we usually visit God's Window and Lisbon Waterfalls, but if we're coming from the north or middle of Kruger, we can start at the Three Rondawels viewpoint in Blyde Canyon. It depends on the region of Kruger Park you're visiting and where we start.

Day 2 :

Complete the Panorama Route Before Heading to the Kruger (or back to Nelpruit/Johannesburg region)

Get up early this morning for breakfast at the hotel. Our guide will then complete the remaining Panorama Route Tour stops that were not covered the previous day, which includes all admission fees and a light lunch. There are several interesting but not too tough hikes to the various views and waterfalls to take. This, along with the clear high mountain air, will make you hungry! However, wear excellent walking shoes, a hat, and sunscreen on both days of this excursion. Finally, but only if you are traveling to or from the northern/middle Kruger region, we will pass via the Abel Erasmus Pass, which has several distinctive features like as a "Tufa" waterfall and more stunning mountain landscapes. Your guide will drop you off at your Kruger area safari destination in the afternoon (or return to Johannesburg or the nearby town of Nelspruit if you are doing this trip at the conclusion of your safari). You can provide us with a specific drop-off address anywhere in the territories indicated.
