This is an exciting safari package where you take a flight to Masai Mara, allowing you to maximize your game drive hours. In just 2 days, you will experience an abundance of thrilling game drives in Masai Mara. On our thrilling game drives, we will seek out the majestic big cats—lion, leopard, and cheetah—along with other incredible wildlife across the breathtaking plains of Masai Mara National Reserve. Prepare to encounter stunning landscapes and vibrant wildlife. Please be aware that PARK FEES will rise to 200 USD per person per night starting in July.

Day 1 :

Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

Your journey begins at Wilson Airport in Nairobi at 7:00 AM, leading you to the Masai Mara, where you will touch down at either Olkiombo airstrip or Keekoro airstrip by 8:00 AM. Upon your arrival, a Masai guide named Gideon or Martin will be there to greet you. Embark on a morning game drive until noon, then journey to the camp for check-in and lunch. After lunch, you will experience the luxurious camp amenities, including the swimming pool until 4 PM, followed by an exciting afternoon game drive from 4 to 6:30 PM.

The Masai Mara National Reserve is renowned for its abundant African wildlife and the spectacular annual migration of zebras and wildebeest that occurs from July to October.

As dusk falls, you will traverse this Kenyan reserve, embarking on a quest to spot wild animals that will keep you captivated until the stars begin to twinkle. Then, at last, you will experience the breathtaking sunset before heading back to Ashnil Camp for your dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 :

Masai Mara National Reserve to Nairobi

Set off on an exhilarating early morning game drive at 6:00am, venturing into the wild in pursuit of predators, and maybe even their playful cubs. After an exciting morning, return to camp for a delightful lunch. Following your meal, enjoy a transfer to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi at 2pm. Arrive in Nairobi at 4:15 PM, where our team will be ready to greet you at Wilson Airport and take you to Jomo Kenyatta Airport or your hotel.

In the vast expanses of the Masai Mara National Reserve, you will encounter massive herds of grazing wildlife and have the thrilling opportunity to catch a glimpse of the elusive cheetah and leopard concealed among the acacia branches. Next, you are led to the renowned Mara River, the threshold of the spectacular annual wildebeest migration from Serengeti to Masai Mara. This incredible display showcases the thunderous rhythm of more than 6 million hooves as they traverse the expansive Serengeti plains and the golden-hued hills of Kenya’s Masai Mara. Each year, more than a million wildebeest, 300,000 gazelles, and around 200,000 zebras embark on an incredible journey, moving in a clockwise direction over 2,897 kilometers, all while being pursued by Africa’s most formidable predators.
