07:00 AM – Your driver/guide will meet you at your Nairobi hotel, residence, or Nairobi airport, ready to embark on an exciting journey. Jump into the 4 x 4 and kick off your exciting journey to Amboseli Park along the Nairobi-Mombasa Road. As we journey forward, the African sun will greet us, rising majestically over the vast savannah. As you approach Amboseli, the iconic peak of Kilimanjaro beckons, leading you toward the park with its undeniable allure. We’ll reach your lodge or tented camp just in time for a delightful lunch experience.
After lunch, we’ll set off on our first game drive, eager to encounter elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, cheetahs, ostriches, and a host of other incredible wildlife. Amboseli is celebrated as a destination where encounters with wildlife are plentiful and effortless. The park is a paradise for photographers, surrounded by the majestic snowy slopes and peak of Kilimanjaro. Toward the evening and sometimes early morning, the daytime clouds obscuring this tallest peak drift away, revealing a breathtaking view of the mountain’s iconic summit for those fortunate enough to witness it.
