1-Day Gauteng Birding Tour (South)

You will be picked up from the hotel and taken to one of three birding locations in Gauteng Province: north, the Reef, or south. This journey includes visits to the Marievale Bird Sanctuary and the Suikerbosrand (wetlands, grasslands, bushveld, and forests). David is a passionate birder, not an ornithologist, so set modest expectations! We will supply a packed lunch. Marievale is an excellent wetland birding destination, with a large number of bird species to see. After the trip, you will be dropped off at the hotel.
