    Our 7 days Uganda primates and wildlife safari takes you to view the big five of African continent as well as chimp and gorilla trekking and other adventurous activities such as Game drives, boat cruise, nature walk that defines a perfect Africa safari experience.
    This 7-day primates and wildlife safari gives you an opportunity to view the world’s most powerful waterfall, the Murchison falls as well as the stunning views of Murchison falls National Park.
    As you head to the park and at the top of the falls you will witness plenty of wildlife animals such as Rhinos, elephants, crocodiles and number of numerous bird species such as kingfishers, shoe bills among others. Enroute you will visit the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for White Rhino tracking, kibale forest for chimpanzee trekking. The park is ‘’the primate capital of the world’’ with over 500 chimpanzees the last leg of the journey continues to Bwindi impenetrable national park for Mountain Gorilla trekking and Batwa experience.

    Day to Day Detailed Itinerary

    The driver guide will pick you up by 6:30 am after the morning breakfast at the lodge. He will brief you about the safari as you start your journey driving Norther direction. The drive to Murchison takes about 5-6hours. you will have your first stop at the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for Rhion tracking experience where you will trek on foot in search for the Rhinos. After the activity, you will continue to Masindi town where you will have your lunch. Embark on the journey arriving in the park and proceed with the visit to the top of the falls where you will witness the stunning and powerful views of the Murchison falls waters squeezing through a narrow gorge and dropping down with thunderous roar.
    Continue and drive to the lodge where you will check in for rest, later dinner and overnight stay.

    Wake up to hearty breakfast at thereafter, drive to the park for morning game drive, during the early morning, the animals are most active, and the predators are out hunting and several other animals’ species are grazing on the savannah. Murchison falls is a home to four of the Big five game (lions, leopards, elephants, Buffalos) as well as other animals including; giraffes, Uganda Kob, warthogs, Bush pigs, Jackson heartbeats, antelopes among others and several bird species. After, you will drive to the lodge for lunch and brief rest. In the afternoon, you will go on 2:00pm boat cruise which last afro 2- 3hours offering you rewarding experience with great sights of aquatic life including the hippos, Buffalos crocodiles and bird species as well as other animals seen at the shores of the lake. Return to the lodge for the evening rest, dinner and overnight stay.

    Wake up early in the morning and start the journey to Kibale national park travelling western part of Uganda in Fort Portal District. Lunch break in Fort Portal town, after lunch embark to the journey to Kibale national park. Upon arrival in the park, check in to your reserved lodge for relaxation. Later dinner and overnight stay.

    After having breakfast early in the morning, report to the Headquarters (Kanyanchu Tourist Centre) for briefing about the rules and regulations for tracking chimpanzees. After briefing, the rangers will lead you in to the forest to start the trek. However, the trek gives you chances to spot other wild creatures and a number of numerous bird species. The activity may last for about 2-4 hours or more to set eyes on the chimps.
    Once you have found them, you will be allowed one hour with them as you take photography and watch them feed, play and swinging from one branch to another among other daily activities. After you will return to the park headquarters then to the lodge where you will have lunch.
    In the afternoon, you have the option of exploring the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, a community-based project known for its rich biodiversity and birdlife.

    Wake up and have morning breakfast and check out and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Enroute drive offers scenic views of the country side, scenic landscape, the western Rift valley, and the Baboon Forest. Lunch will be enroute. Upon arrival at the park, drive and check in to the lodge for relaxation in preparing for gorilla trekking the following day. Dinner and overnight stay.
    Accommodation options: Chameleon Hill lodge/ Nkuringo gorilla lodge (Luxury), Silver Back Lodge/ Ichumbi Gorilla lodge (Mid-range), Trekkers Tavern cottages/ Rushaga Gorilla Camp (Budget).

    Rise up early for morning breakfast and thereafter, head out to the park headquarters where you will attend a briefing on the does and don’ts of gorilla trekking. The activity commences early morning by 8:00am therefore, you will need to be up early. After the briefing, you will be accompanied by the rangers to the starting point of the trek. The normal activity may last from 2-8 hours to set eyes on the gorillas depending on their movements. Once you have found them, you will be allowed one hour with them as you watch them, play, feed and groan young ones among others. After, you exit the forest and return to the park headquarters the to the lodge.
    In the evening, you may opt for Batwa community walk to the nearby communities living I surrounding areas of the park. you will engage in several activities like art and craft, preparing local meals among others also enjoy traditional performances like dances, songs show cased by the locals. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

    After a morning breakfast at the lodge, check out and embark to the journey to Kampala with enroute lunch and another stop at the equator for Photoshoot and relaxation. After a great adventure at the Equator continue with the journey to Kampala city. On arrival, you will drop off at the airport in time for your departure flight back home.
