You will be picked up from any Durban (Kwazulu Natal) hotel, airport, or harbor and transported to St Lucia (+– 4 hours). After checking into your lodging, have dinner at a neighborhood eatery while keeping an eye out for hippos on the main thoroughfare. You'll be right next to the beach; if you're lucky, the sun might be out and you can swim and get ready for the hippo hunt afterwards.

Take advantage of the Hippo and Croc boat excursion in the St. Lucia estuary this morning after breakfast, starting at 10:00. After that, you can explore the Isimangaliso Wetlands Park or have a stroll along the beach while swimming. Travel time to Eswatini is +/- 3.5 hours. Accommodations in a traditional hut in the rural community of KaPhunga, including dinner, bed, and breakfast. Savor authentic Swazi cuisine cooked over an open flame and immerse yourself in the Swazi culture to the fullest extent possible. Learn some Siswati and get to know the local inhabitants.

Proceed to Mlilwane Nature Reserve after breakfast and a local walking tour. Take an hour-long horseback ride or go on a trek among warthogs, zebras, blesboks, and impalas. Traditional beehive huts with a modern twist provide lodging (bed and breakfast) with private bathrooms and showers. The main lodge, which is situated near the Hippo Pool, serves dinner.
Enjoy a pleasant trek free from predators among the wildlife. The ideal way to unwind and take in the scenery. If you're feeling very ambitious, there are trekking trails that can last up to five hours.

Following breakfast at Mlilwane, make a quick trip to Mbabane, the capital city, to explore the renowned Ngwenya Glass Factory. Despite its modest size, the factory exudes charm. After that, we'll go through Malelane Gate to reach Kruger National Park in time for an afternoon safari drive in an open safari car. You will spend the next two nights in one of the primary camps for Kruger.

Get up before the sun comes up to start your second early morning drive. Stretch for a short while before getting into an open safari vehicle for your final game drive. Your guide will help you by pointing out wildlife in Africa and providing you with information about the native trees and the geology of this amazing nation. After a leisurely breakfast (which is included) and lunch at one of the camps or picnic areas within the Kruger Park, we will resume our hunt for South Africa's Big Five (Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino, and Buffalo).
