    Day to Day Detailed Itinerary

    Upon your arrival in Uganda, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative at Entebbe International Airport. After a brief orientation, / Pick up from the hotel in Kampala or Entebbe. you will embark on a picturesque drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, approximately a 6–7-hour journey. The route offers breathtaking views of the Ugandan countryside, including rolling hills, lush plantations, and the majestic Rwenzori Mountains. You will make a stop at the Equator for a memorable photo opportunity and enjoy lunch en route in Mbarara town. Upon arrival in the park, you will have brief enroute game drive to the lodge. Proceed and check into your lodge, where you can relax and unwind for the evening, you will have dinner at the lodge and overnight stay.

    The second day begins early with a hearty breakfast before setting out for a morning game drive in the Kasenyi Plains. This area is renowned for its abundant wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalo, and various antelope species. An experienced ranger guide will lead the drive, offering insights into the behaviors and habitats of the animals you encounter. After the game drive, you will return to the lodge for lunch and some relaxation.
    In the afternoon, you will embark on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway connecting Lake Edward and Lake George. This cruise offers a unique perspective on the park's wildlife, including hippos, crocodiles, and a wide array of bird species. The banks of the channel are also frequented by elephants, buffalo, and other mammals seeking water. After the boat cruise, you will return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

    After an early breakfast, you will head to the Kyambura Gorge for an exhilarating chimpanzee trekking experience. Kyambura Gorge, also known as the "Valley of Apes," is a lush, tropical forest where you can observe these fascinating primates in their natural habitat. The trek will last several hours, with opportunities to learn about the flora and fauna of the region from your guide.
    Following the trek, you will return to the lodge for lunch and then begin your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The drive, lasting approximately 4-5 hours, will take you through scenic landscapes and rural communities. Upon arrival in Bwindi, you will check into your lodge and enjoy dinner. An early night is recommended in preparation for the following day's gorilla trekking adventure.

    This is the highlight of your Ugandan adventure. After an early breakfast, you will be driven to the park headquarters for a briefing on the gorilla trekking guidelines. You will then be divided into small groups, each led by a knowledgeable ranger guide, and begin your trek into the dense forest. The trek can range from a few hours to a full day, depending on the location of the gorilla families.
    Once you encounter the gorillas, you will spend up to one hour observing and photographing them. This is a truly awe-inspiring experience as you watch these gentle giants interact with each other in their natural habitat. After the trek, you will return to the lodge for a well-deserved rest and a late lunch.
    In the evening, you will have the option to take a community walk to visit the Batwa pygmies, who will share their rich culture and traditions with you. This visit provides a deeper understanding of the local communities living around Bwindi. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Upon arrival in Entebbe, you will have some time to relax or shop for souvenirs before being transferred to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight. As you bid farewell to Uganda, you will carry with your unforgettable memories of the incredible wildlife experiences and the warm hospitality of the Ugandan people.
