Day to Day Detailed Itinerary
Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and go through all the immigration process. After, the driver guide will pick you up and transfer to your hotel in Kampala/ Entebbe. Stay at the Protea Hotel by Marriott Entebbe, which offers comfortable rooms and a serene lake view. Spend the day resting and acclimating to the new time zone.

The driver guide will pick you up from the hotel after the morning breakfast. You will be briefed about the safari and thereafter, start driving south western region of Kampala to Bwindi, the drive to Bwindi is quite long takes about 9-10 hours thus requires you to set of early enough. Arriving in Mbarara town where you will have your lunch. Embark on the journey arriving the park in the evening. Drive and check in to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Alternatively, fly from Entebbe to Kihihi and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the guide will pick you up on arrival and drive you to the lodge.

Meal plan: Lunch and Dinner
Wake up for early breakfast and thereafter, with your packed lunch from the lodge, head out to the park headquarters where you will attend a briefing on the rules and regulations while gorilla trekking. While here, you will also be put in groups and assigned a gorilla group you will be tracking. Accompanied by the ranger guide to begin the search in the forest. Gorilla trekking is hectic and thus requires once physical fitness. The trek may last for about 2-6 hours or more before you set eyes on the gorillas. Once you have found them, you will be allowed one hour with them as you watch them play, feed, groom young ones among other daily activities. After you will return to the park headquarters then to the lodge. Later evening, you will go on Batwa community walk to the Batwa villages where you will meet and interact with the locals and learn more about them. You will also enjoy some performances like traditional dances among others. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

After breakfast, check out of the lodge and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, known for its diverse wildlife and beautiful landscapes. Check into Mweya Safari Lodge, situated on a peninsula with stunning views of the Kazinga Channel. Enjoy afternoon game drive.

Experience morning and afternoon game drives, spotting lions, elephants, buffalo, and other wildlife. Early morning game drives offer rewarding game watching when the animals are active and the big cats out seeking pry. After you return to the lodge for lunch and proceed with afternoon boat cruise in Kazinga channel with great sightings of hippos, Buffalos, crocodiles and bird species seen on the shores as well as several other animals drinking water along the shores. After you will return to the lodge for rest, later dinner and overnight stay.

Wake up and have your breakfast thereafter, you will go on game drive in the park, this time, look for more game that you could have missed during the previous game drives. After, you will exit the park and drive to Kibale national park arriving at the lodge in time for lunch. Kibale Forest National Park, home to 13 primate species, including chimpanzees. Spend the rest of the day relaxing at the lodge. Dinner and overnight stay.

Have your breakfast and thereafter, head out to the park headquarters where you will be briefed on the rules and regulations for tracking chimpanzees. The ranger guide will accompany to the start point of the trek. The trek may last for 2-4 hours depending on the location of the chimps. Once you have found them, you will be allowed one with them, observing their behavior and interactions. After, you il return to the park headquarters then to the lodge. In the afternoon, visit the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary best spot for birdwatching where you will encounter other primates like the monkeys, baboons as well as chimps. Return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Drive back to Entebbe for a flight to Nairobi, Kenya. Transfer to the Fairmont the Norfolk Hotel, a historic hotel with elegant rooms and excellent amenities. Enjoy a leisurely evening.

Have morning breakfasts and thereafter, the driver guide will pick you up and drive to Amboseli National Park, famous for its elephant herds and views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival, you will check in to the lodge for lunch and thereafter, you will go on afternoon game drive where you will be able to see some of the animals in the park.

Explore Amboseli on morning and afternoon game drives, spotting elephants, lions, and other wildlife. You have a break for lunch at the lodge or a picnic lunch to maximus your game watching. You will return back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Have your breakfast at the lodge and thereafter, drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve, known for the Great Migration and abundant wildlife. You will have lunch enroute in Narok County. Emark on the journey to the park an on arrival, check in to the lodge. You will go on evening game drive to see some of the animals in the park. this time, the animals are active and predators coming out of their hiding ground to hunt prey.

You may also take some time in between the game drives and visit the Masia villages where you will meet and interact with the locals and learn more about their culture and way of life.
