4-Day 3Night Greater Kruger Safari in Private Game Lodge

We will meet you at your Johannesburg hotel or guesthouse at 6:00 a.m.
After a refreshment break, we travel along part of the panoramic road over the escarpment of the Drakensberg mountains, stopping at the Blyde River Canyon to take in the breathtaking views.
Continue down a beautiful pass to the lodge, located in a "Big Five" reserve inside Greater Kruger Park.
After having a welcome drink upon arrival, it is time to relax into your accommodation and have a small meal.
Late afternoon is "safari time." Meet your ranger and board an open-game tracking vehicle to explore the African bush, seeking out some of the numerous animals that call this region home.
Just before dusk, the ranger will stop and enjoy sundowner cocktails and wonderful nibbles in the bush.
The trip back to the resort will be at night, with spot lights used to spot the elusive nocturnal wildlife. Once back to the lodge, meet other guests at the bar, where supper is served in a traditional "boma."

Before starting on the morning wildlife drive with your ranger, you will have an early wake-up by 5:30 am for a steaming cup of coffee. After the morning game drive, 
Return to the lodge for a full breakfast, clean up, and enjoy the resort's surroundings.
Spend time in or around the swimming pool to avoid the noon heat, or relax on a deck chair and see which animals or birds visit the waterhole or take a nap.
At 2:00 p.m., you may have a little lunch while gazing out over the reserve.
Late afternoon is "safari time." Meet your ranger and proceed on an afternoon/evening wildlife drive, stopping in the bush for sundowners while admiring the majesty of the African sun sinking over the mountains. Snacks and various South African delicacies accompany the drinks.
After the sun has fallen, the drive continues with the help of spot lights, searching for any creatures that have not yet been observed as well as any nocturnal species.
After your expedition, return to the resort for a fantastic meal beneath the African sky.

After an early morning wake-up call (+/- 5:30 am) and a warm cup of coffee, you will join your ranger on a morning game drive to search for any animals you may not have yet observed. At approximately halfway through the drive, the ranger will pause at a picturesque location for a coffee and biscotti break. Subsequently, the ranger will resume the wildlife drive and return to the lodge, where a robust breakfast awaits. Freshen up after brunch and then check out.
A conveyance company will meet you at the lodges and transport you to Hoedspruit Airport (HDS) for a direct flight to Cape Town or a flight back to Johannesburg.
