Overview
The Victoria Falls to Okavango Delta safari trek is one of the best. The Okavango Delta is one of the world’s largest inland waterways. Its sources originate in Angola’s western highlands, where various rivers merge to form the Cubango River. It then runs through Namibia (named the Kavango) before entering Botswana, where it is known as the Okavango. Millions of years ago, the Okavango River flowed into Lake Makgadikgadi, a vast interior lake.

Itinerary
When you arrive, an Africa Zim Travel & Tours agent will greet you and bring you to your accommodation. You go on an afternoon sunset cruise and spend the rest of the evening at leisure. You can book a number of tours while staying in Victoria Falls (not included in the package).
Main Destination: Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
Accommodation: Shearwater Explorers Village.
After breakfast, you'll take a tour of Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. This nature walk leads you into the gorgeous rainforest, where you can see the Cataracts, Livingstone's statue, and a diverse range of birds and flora. This afternoon, you are free to undertake whatever additional activities you want.
Main Destination: Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
Accommodation: Shearwater Explorers Village.
Game drives are tailored to the guests' preferences, although the most popular focus on this specific game drive is the quest for the endangered Black Rhino. Their population on this reserve is healthy, but they have a large range to travel; therefore, it is unlikely that you will locate them, but there is a good chance you will. The black rhinos spotted here differ from the white rhinos found during rhino walks in Livingstone's Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park.
The expedition begins from Victoria Falls at 11:30 a.m. and proceeds to Chobe National Park. The park, located 100 kilometers west of Victoria Falls, is home to Africa's highest population of elephants. Kasane Travel Lodge provides accommodation. Following lunch, you will embark on an afternoon game drive.
Main Destination: Chobe National Park (Botswana)
Accommodation: Kwalape Safari Lodge.
Go on an early morning game drive in Chobe National Park. Tea and coffee are available before and during the game drive. After the game drive, you will return around 9:30 to 10 a.m. for a full meal. The early drive is the greatest time to spot big cats like as lions, leopards, and cheetahs.
Later in the afternoon, you will go on a sunset boat on the Chobe River. The excursion normally begins at 3 p.m. Watching the game from the boat allows you to get up close to the animals, making it one of the best experiences.
Main destination: Chobe National Park (Botswana).
Accommodation: Travelodge Gaborone.
Elephant Sands is a wilderness lodge and campsite in northeastern Botswana, 250 kilometres from Chobe or Kasane. Enjoy watching elephants at a natural waterhole directly in front of the lodge. Watch these amazing creatures drink within a few meters away from you for a very unique experience!
Main Destination: Elephant Sands Game Reserve (Botswana).
Accommodation: Elephant Sands.
