Overview

We have designed a cost-effective Kruger 4-day budget safari for the time-pressed adventure visitor. This is a wonderful chance to see the Big Five at a reasonable cost. During these four days, you will be able to visit some of South Africa’s best wildlife areas while receiving excellent service, tasty cuisine, and comfortable lodgings. This cheap safari begins daily from Johannesburg and travels east to our Kruger resort, passing through magnificent panoramic landscapes and farmlands.

Day 1 :

Johannesburg - Kruger National Park

When you get at Hazyview about 1 pm, you check in. You will have time to unwind and refresh yourself before boarding an open-sided Land Cruiser for a thrilling 2- to 2.5-hour afternoon wildlife drive through Kruger National Park. The Kruger Gate is about 15 to 20 minutes away from the resort.

After your safari game drive, you will return to the resort to decompress, drink, and rest.

The itinerary includes a transfer from Johannesburg to Hazyview, a midday check-in at the lodge, a late afternoon game drive in Kruger National Park, dinner in the main camp, and an overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 2 :

Kruger National Park

This morning, you will have coffee or tea and rusks before leaving for a full day of game watching in Kruger National Park. The package includes a packed breakfast. Game drives take place in specially adapted open-sided Land Cruisers that accommodate nine people. The whole day provides several possibilities to witness the complete Big 5 family in the park, moving freely in the wild.

Day 3 :

Kruger National Park

This morning, you will have coffee or tea and rusks before leaving for a full day of game watching in the Kruger National Park (Skukuza region). The package includes a packed breakfast. Game drives take place in specially adapted open-sided Land Cruisers that accommodate nine people. The whole day provides several possibilities to witness the complete Big 5 family walking freely in the wild.

Accommodation: Kruger Adventure Lodge.

Day 4 :

Kruger National Park - Johannesburg

This morning, you will have a nice breakfast and free time at the lodge. A morning game safari in Kruger National Park is also available (for an additional fee on the last day).

• Optional sunrise wildlife drive • Early morning return to lodge • Mid-morning transport to Perry's Bridge for shuttle back to Johannesburg • Drop-off at Johannesburg O.R. Tambo Airport Bus Terminal.

Main destination: Johannesburg Airport.
Accommodation: There is no accommodation at the end of the excursion.
