The Khalanga Deluxe Campsite is located in the heart of Kruger, in a fantastic game-viewing position. Day 1 :

Arrival and Check-in

Your Kruger National Park experience begins at O.R. Tambo Airport, where you will catch your shuttle after a good night's sleep in a local hotel or guest home (not included). You travel through the breathtaking terrain of the Northern Drakensberg Escarpment before arriving at Kruger National Park, where your safari experience officially starts. The Khalanga Deluxe Campsite's 6 × 3 m tents include standard beds, a private veranda, and a private bathroom with a toilet. Our crew will handle all of the camp tasks.

Day 2 :

Safari Day

You wake up at dawn to prepare for your morning safari. You will be one of the first cars to leave the camp when the gates open in the morning, giving you the opportunity to explore the gravel and tar roads before anybody else does. Later, our chef will make a nice breakfast for you. We continue driving until the sun is high in the sky and it is time for lunch. Take a nap in your tent or swim in the pool back at camp. In the afternoon, we will continue our safari and spend some time on the roads around the camp looking for further wildlife sightings. When you return to camp, have some sundowner beverages and relax while your chef cooks supper.

Day 3 :

Safari Day

Another day in the Kruger awaits. Take in the animal sightings from an open safari vehicle and tour the region north or south of the park, depending on the weather and our guide's informed estimate of where the most probable animal sightings are. Later, have an iced coffee at the camp café as you go over your images and utilize the free Wi-Fi (if necessary). Otherwise, just unplug for a moment and enjoy your time in nature to the utmost.

Day 4 :

Last morning safari and return to OR Tambo Airport

It is time to say farewell to Kruger National Park. After breakfast, you check out of the camp and enjoy your last morning safari before heading to the shuttle departure point for your flight to Johannesburg. You will arrive at O.R. Tambo Airport at 18h00, which will mark the conclusion of your safari. Additional days may be added to this plan.
