4-Day Discover Kruger’s Secrets Private Safari

Departing Johannesburg at 08:30, we go to the southern periphery of Kruger National Park. We will pause for lunch at Schoemanskloof (at your own cost), one of seven remarkable locations along the Highlands Meander in Mpumalanga. Following our lunch break, we continue on our adventure till we reach our destination located along the banks of the Crocodile River.

Following a brief registration at the hotel, we go to Mjejane Private Game Reserve for a lengthy afternoon walking safari in the Big Five region.

We spent the night in a resort next to the park, overlooking the Crocodile River and the southern area of Kruger, facilitating easy access to the park tomorrow for wildlife observation and immersion in the country's natural splendor.

Today, we rise early to access the Southern Section of Kruger National Park promptly for a comprehensive day of wildlife observation. The southern half of the park provides the chance to see several animal species, including rhinoceroses, wild dogs, buffalo herds, and elephants, as well as predators like lions and hyenas, due to the region's relatively higher water availability, which naturally attracts more wildlife.

Our day is devoted to traversing the area in pursuit of these species; however, we will periodically halt at several rest camps inside the parks for leg stretches, comfort breaks, and to visit waterholes along the way. Today's lunch will take place at the park (at own cost).

In the afternoon, after a long day of seeing animals, both large and small, we will gradually exit the park and go to the chosen lodging for the night.

A comprehensive day of wildlife lies ahead. This morning, we awaken to the sounds of the jungle as we gradually prepare for another day of animal observation, birdwatching, scenic views, and enjoyment.

Today, we will go slightly northward, contingent upon our observations, to endeavor to see animals in their native habitats by traversing various regions and using diverse routes.

We have the full day to traverse the Kruger and see what Mother Nature presents to us.

Today's lunch will again be in one of the park's rest camps (at own cost).

This afternoon, after reveling in our exploration of these amazing animals, we gradually go from the park to our lodging, which is once again located along the banks of the Crocodile River.

This morning, for those interested, we may do another early morning safari (R1850 additional); alternatively, you may have a leisurely start to the day with a delightful breakfast overlooking the splendid Crocodile River. You may see some creatures approaching for an early morning drink.

Based on the chosen activity or your subsequent flight, we will schedule our return to Johannesburg to ensure timely arrival for any connecting flights.

The trip concludes formally upon return to Johannesburg.
