Day 1 :

Mombasa to Tsavo East National Park

Set off from your hotel in Mombasa and journey to the wild expanses of Tsavo East National Park. You will reach just in time for a delightful lunch and settle in at Voi Safari Lodge. In the afternoon, you will embark on thrilling game drives to explore the Aruba dam. This is the park renowned for its legendary man-eaters of Tsavo. You will arrive back at your lodge in the evening for a delightful dinner and a cozy overnight stay.

Tsavo East National Park is renowned for its legendary lions known as the "Man-eaters." It is at this park where countless railway workers faced a fierce encounter with these beasts around 7:00 pm. The park is alive with large herds of elephants journeying from Tsavo West National Park. Rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, pods of hippo, crocodile, waterbuck, lesser kudu, gerenuk, and an abundance of birdlife showcase 500 recorded species. Explore the Aruba dam, a vibrant gathering place for wildlife drawn to the water.

Day 2 :

Tsavo East to Tsavo West National Park

Set off after breakfast for Tsavo West National Park. We will reach Tsavo West National Park and settle in for lunch at Ngulia Safari Lodge. Unwind at your lodge until four in the afternoon, when your driver arrives to guide you on an exhilarating two-hour game drive. Discover the maneless lions in the park. Come back for a delightful dinner and an exciting overnight experience.

Tsavo West is a stunning, untamed landscape waiting to be explored. The grassland ecosystem features expansive open grasslands, vibrant scrublands, and enchanting acacia woodlands, alongside lush belts of riverine vegetation and rugged rocky ridges. You will also explore the Poacher's Lookout, where you can witness the vibrant herds roaming the expansive plains below. Tsavo West National Park presents breathtaking opportunities for wildlife observation, featuring magnificent elephants, rhinos, hippos, lions, cheetahs, leopards, and buffalos among its many attractions.
