Overview
Stay at a fantastic lodge for one night and a tented lodge for three nights, both located in the Greater Kruger National Park. The trip fee includes breakfast and supper, all safari drives, guided bush walks, visits to the Animal Rehabilitation Center and Blyde River Canyon, and lunch and dinner. Included are the return road transfers from Johannesburg as well.

5-Day Kruger National Park Budget Camping Safari Itinerary
We will journey through the Highveld farmlands to the Lowveld and the Tremisana Lodge in an air-conditioned car after picking you up from any guesthouse, hotel, or the OR Tambo Airport in Johannesburg. You may relax in your air-conditioned chalet, go for a dip in the pool, or just hang out at the lodge's bar when you first arrive. Later in the afternoon, you will get into the open 4x4 safari car with your knowledgeable guide and embark on your first thrilling drive during the sunset. While seeing the stunning African sunset, the guide will lead you through the diverse wildlife and plants. We will find the nocturnal creatures that prowl the African bush after midnight by using strong spotlights. At the Marula Tree Boma, tucked away in the middle of the bush, dinner is a bush braai (BBQ). Your accommodations for the night are cozy, air-conditioned cabins with thatch roofs.

You will wake up early to start your incredible day in Africa. We will take you on a 4-hour guided bush walk in the wild at a secluded location within the private wildlife reserve. In pursuit of the Big Five and other wildlife, your knowledgeable and well-armed guide will lead you into the bush at a speed that suits you. The excitement of tracking Africa's great animals will hit you when you get near enough to get a good shot. After arriving back to the lodge in time for brunch, you may unwind and get some much-needed rest, swim in the pool, read a magazine, or even go to the game-watching hide that offers a view of the Tremisana Dam. Before you head out on the game drive that takes you to the Marc Tented Camp, the lodge serves a small lunch. You will be spending the night in a cozy tented hotel.

After breakfast today, we will drive through the Orpen gate into Kruger National Park, where you will be able to smell the African bush and take in the sights of nature in an open-sided safari vehicle. All ardent photographers have the perfect chance to capture the images they have always wanted to take with the open-sided safari vehicle. Daily sightings of the Big Five occur in the Satara region of Kruger National Park, which has the highest concentration of wildlife in the whole park. After spending the entire day observing wildlife and birds, you will return to the lodge for a filling catered lunch. You will be spending the night in a cozy tented hotel.

Following breakfast and an early dawn drive in the open 4x4 vehicle, we will leave Marc's Lodge and return to Johannesburg via the Blyde River Canyon, stopping along the way to see the Three Rondawels. Late in the afternoon, we will make our way back to Gauteng. We can arrange for airport drops if necessary.
