5-Day Garden Route and Private Game Reserve

We will leave Cape village and travel through Worcester, Robertson, and Montagu. Barrydale, a quaint village with stunning views of the Overberg Mountains, is where we will have lunch. We will visit an ostrich farm in Oudtshoorn, known as the "ostrich capital of the world," after lunch. savoring ostrich steak at a neighborhood eatery to round off the day.

A visit of the Cango Cave, a subterranean wonderland of limestone caverns and tunnels, starts the morning. Then continue on the picturesque Outeniqua Pass to Victoria Bay, a well-known surfing location, where we have lunch. We go to Knysna after lunch, where we have a sunset boat ride on the lagoon. We'll have dinner on the waterfront while enjoying some delectable oysters.

We start the day with a visit to the well-known sandstone cliffs that overlook the lagoon, known as Knysna Heads. We'll pass through native woods, the former home of the Knysna elephants, and arrive at Nature's Valley, which is renowned for its stunning beaches, on our way out. We will then continue our exploration of the Tsitsikamma National Park by going to the enormous Yellow Wood trees and crossing the suspension bridge at Stormsriver Mouth.

We'll travel to the Bloukrans Bridge, where the daring may bungee jump, after lunch. Plettenberg Bay is the final destination, where you may swim in the warm Indian Ocean all afternoon. Later, have supper back in Knysna.

We will see the Bartholomeus Dias Museum complex in Mossel Bay and explore the Khoisan caves on our way to the Garden Way Game Lodge. Upon reaching the Garden Route Game Lodge, we will take a skilled ranger for a picturesque 4x4 safari.

There's a typical African buffet for dinner.

At the Garden Route Game Lodge, we'll begin the day with a dawn safari. You'll make a stop in the seaside village of Hermanus, which provides whales with ideal nesting habitats. when it's optional to go whale viewing on a cruise. The second section brings us to Betty's Bay's Stony Point Nature Reserve, where we get to see the rare African penguin colony.

Our last route takes us down Clarence Drive, a meandering coastal path that winds past cliffs and the water all the way to Cape Town.
