Overview

With a night drive and an early morning bush walk, this is the ideal complement to a Kruger safari. We created this as an add-on to any Kruger safari that is scheduled in order to make sure that visitors maximize their time spent seeing the animals of the Kruger. Staying at a resort close to the Crocodile River, just outside of Kruger Park, allows you to get these encounters. An armed ranger leads the bush walk, and if you’re lucky, you can spot large wildlife on foot—an exciting experience.

Day 1 :

Pick-Up from Your Kruger Lodge and Transfer Across The Crocodile River

You are picked up at 11:00 am following breakfast and taken to Hamiltons Lodge, which is located outside of Kruger Park, across the Crocodile River. You pay for lunch and supper at the restaurant on your own. This evening, you eat an early dinner because you are leaving at 6:45 p.m. for the night journey. This location's wildlife drives are situated inside the "Southern Circle," a region renowned for producing good lion sightings. This territory is home to many prides, each with unique hunting strategies and behavioural habits. A Kruger Park game ranger takes you on nocturnal drives and offers fascinating comments on the various flora and fauna that you encounter.
Remember to include a jacket or windbreaker because the game-drive vehicle's wind may be very cold, especially at night. When you arrive back to the lodge late at night, you'll head straight to bed in preparation for your early morning bushwalk the next day.

Day 2 :

Morning Bush Walk

Wake up early and embark on Nature walk in Kruger Park's wilderness. With the animals waking up, this is a unique time of day for game watching. We take up to eight visitors on fascinating excursions through the nearby nature regions. The walk itself is easygoing, with armed guides who share their expertise of the surrounding area to point out natural treasures. To guarantee your protection, you go on the trek with two armed field guides. They will concentrate on the areas that are often hidden from view from a moving vehicle. You can cover ground more quickly and fully engage all of your senses when you explore a place on foot. You will probably be able to come across some big wildlife in the region and get a thrilling experience coming up to them on foot. Wearing natural-colored clothes and comfy shoes is a requirement. You will have breakfast at the lodge again.
At 11:00 am, you will start your return, where you will be dropped off at the hotel in Johannesburg or the Nelspruit Airport for your departure.
