We will provide pick-up and drop-off services for guests from any location in Johannesburg, including the OR Tambo Airport. Our itinerary will commence with a visit to the heart of Soweto, during which we will drive past Baragwanath Hospital and embark on a guided walk through the streets, passing street cafés and craft markets en route to a community center. A brief stop outside Regina Mundi Church and Freedom Square will be followed by a visit to the Hector Pieterson Museum for a comprehensive tour.
Subsequently, we will traverse the vibrant Vilakazi Street, passing by iconic monuments and the residences of Nelson and Winnie Mandela, as well as Archbishop Desmond Tutu. The morning will culminate at a prominent restaurant situated at the base of the imposing Soweto Towers, where guests will have the opportunity to savor a traditional 'shisa nyama' meal and explore the craft market.
Following lunch, we will return to Johannesburg city center to visit the Apartheid Museum. Upon arrival at the museum in Johannesburg CBD, a succinct exposition of the museum exhibits will be provided.
